ESA Strategic Plan 2020-2025
As of April 2021, ESA began the second year of its five-year Corporate Strategy that covers April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2025; and has now launched the FY 2022 Business Plan for the second year of the strategy. Though the COVID-19 situation has presented new challenges as to how we operate, we will never be deterred from our driving belief that Ontario should be a province where people can live, work and play safe from electrical harm.
ESA continues to pursue its journey toward a modern and results-based regulator while reducing burden for businesses. ESA is focused on achieving its strategic objectives and becoming known as the foremost authority on electrical safety. By using a risk-based approach that promotes electrical safety today and anticipates what tomorrow will bring, ESA strives to constantly improve the way we work.
