Group Registration Fees
- Half-day (Classroom) course - up to 25 participants: $3,450.00 + applicable taxes.
- Half-day (Virtual Instructor-led) course - up to 20 participants: $4,600.00 + applicable taxes.

Consent to Release
Except as permitted by the Access and Privacy Code, our Customer Privacy Policy or by law, ESA will not release an individual’s personal information to a third party without their written consent. Completion of this form authorizes ESA to release an individual’s academic grade to a third party:

Terms and Conditions
General
Payment Guidelines
Public training fees are due and payable prior to reserving a seat for an in-person or virtual course, or gaining access to an online course.
Private (CSS) and Business-to-Business training fees are due 30 days from invoicing. If you are using on-line or telephone banking, please use your Invoice Number as your account number.
Credit Cards
If the original fee is paid with a credit card, the applicant is deemed to agree with any applicable additional fees also being charged to the credit card.
Late Payment
Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge.
Refunds: Cancellations and Requests to Reschedule
Please note that terms and conditions related to refunds, cancellations, and requests to reschedule are dependent upon the method of delivery of your course:
In-person & Virtual Instructor-led (ViLT) Courses
Cancellation Requests
Eligible for Refund: Cancellation requests received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the course start date will receive a refund. A $100 + HST ($113.00) administration fee will apply.
Non-Refundable: Cancellation requests received less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the course start date will be non-refundable.

Requests to Reschedule:
Attendees can reschedule the same course offering, with the same method of delivery, if the request is received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the course start date.

Other Provisions:
ESA Training Solutions reserves the right to cancel, or change the date or location of its courses. In the event of a course cancellation or date/location change, ESA Training Solutions will notify course attendees using the contact details recorded on the training registration form.
If a course is cancelled by ESA Training Solutions, a full refund will be issued. If payment was made via credit card(s) or to a customer account, the refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. If payment was made via cheque, payment will be returned via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Cancellation Requests
Eligible for the Refund: The cancellation will be accepted and a refund issued if the conditions below are satisfied. A $100 administration fee (plus applicable tax) will apply:
- Cancellation request is submitted to ESA prior to receiving your login credentials (the Monday following your Course Registration Confirmation or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday); and
- Cancellation request is submitted to ESA prior to Course materials being ordered (usually ordered 2 business days prior to login credentials being sent).
Non-refundable: Cancellation requests received after login credentials have been sent, or after course materials have been shipped, will be non-refundable.

Access and Privacy
By registering for training and submitting personal information to the ESA, or its agents and service providers, you agree that ESA may collect, use and disclose such personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, applicable laws or pursuant to our administrative agreement with the Province of Ontario. If you provide us with the personal information on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have all necessary authority and/or have obtained all necessary consents from such individual to enable us to collect, use and disclose such personal information for the purposes set forth in our Customer Privacy Policy. Except as permitted by the Access and Privacy Code, our Customer Privacy Policy or by law, ESA will not release an individual’s personal information to a third party without their written consent.Copies of our Customer Privacy Policy and Access and Privacy Code are located on our website at www.esasafe.com.
