Deviation Requests

ESA’s process for submitting deviation requests will change as of April 1, 2025. Additionally, and effective April 1^st, 2025, deviation requests will incur a fee of $388 for the first two hours of review time, plus a fee of $194 per additional hour of review, which reflects the time and effort from ESA personnel, and the increasing complexity of these requests. 

The ESA Fee Guide is in the process of being updated and will be posted on April 1^st.
